I understand that: • My responses are stored confidentially and are not shared outside the program team. • I may withdraw at any time by emailing the lead facilitator. On withdrawal, my application and consent record will be deleted within 30 days. • Aggregate, de-identified findings from the program may be published as part of the research output described on this site. • My name and venture will not be disclosed publicly unless I separately opt in.
